The Beginning of the Manufacturing Journey
Ahmet Şakir Yüksel's manufacturing journey began. The experience gained during this period laid the foundation for Yüksel CNC's current manufacturing culture.
Establishment of Yüksel Makina
Yüksel Makina was established in a 50 m² workshop and began production activities with 1 CNC machine.
Transformation to Yüksel CNC
Yüksel Makina transitioned to a limited company structure under the name Yüksel CNC and moved to a new 500 m² production facility. With new investments, the machine fleet grew to 4 CNC machines.
First Export
Yüksel CNC completed its first export and entered international markets.
ISO Certifications
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system certifications were obtained, strengthening the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety infrastructure.
Entry into the Aerospace Sector
Yüksel CNC began production activities for the aerospace sector.
New Production Facility
With increasing production capacity, the company moved to a new 1,500 m² production facility.
5-Axis CNC and CMM Investment
In addition to the first 5-axis CNC machine and CMM measurement system investments, 4 units of 3-axis CNC machines were added to the machine fleet, enhancing production and quality control capabilities.
AS9100 Certification
The quality infrastructure for the aerospace sector was strengthened and the AS9100 certification process was successfully completed.
Digital Transformation and New Certifications
The transition to ERP systems strengthened the digital transformation and information security infrastructure. ISO 27001 and IATF 16949 certification processes were completed. A new 5-axis CNC machine and a second CMM measurement system were added to the machine fleet.
DMG MORI Investment and Second Branch
The DMG MORI DMU 95 monoBLOCK 5-axis CNC investment was realized while the 500 m² second branch was put into operation.
